1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing The Design Collective ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("you" or "the user") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services or resources.
2. Description of Services
The Design Collective is a digital resource hub that includes:
A curated library of Canva templates for social media, digital products, marketing, and more
Business essentials including Notion dashboards and Google templates
A private community for members to connect, ask questions, and access monthly content calendars
PLR (Private Label Rights) to edit and resell templates as part of your own digital products
Stock assets, tutorials, and ongoing template updates
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old or legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to access our services.
4. Payment & Access Terms
We offer two pricing options for accessing The Design Collective:
Monthly Subscription: $17/month, billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access will remain active through the end of your billing period.
Lifetime Access: A one-time payment of $197 for permanent access to all current and future resources inside The Design Collective.

Due to the instant-access nature of our digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and lifetime access options. Please review all details before purchasing. If you have questions, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!
5. Template License & PLR Rights
Upon purchase, you receive non-exclusive Private Label Rights (PLR) to the included templates.
✅ You MAY:
Customize, edit, and rebrand the templates
Use them in your own business or for client projects
Resell them as part of your own digital product offers, such as workbooks, courses, guides, or bundles
Use them in paid memberships or programs
🚫 You MAY NOT:
Resell, share, or distribute the templates as-is
Claim original authorship or copyright of the unedited templates
Share or transfer access to The Design Collective with others
Resell the original source files or offer them as free downloads
6. Intellectual Property
All templates, resources, and materials remain the intellectual property of The Design Collective. While you have PLR rights, you do not acquire ownership of the original designs. The license is non-transferable and individual-use only.
7. Community Guidelines
By joining the community, you agree to:
Engage respectfully and professionally
Not post spam, inappropriate content, or anything harmful or illegal
Follow all member policies to maintain a positive and inclusive space
We reserve the right to moderate and remove content or members at our discretion.
8. Affiliate Program
We offer a simplified affiliate program for Lifetime Access only. Affiliates earn 60% commission on qualifying sales made through their Beacons link. We reserve the right to adjust commission rates and affiliate terms at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is.” We make no warranties and disclaim all liability for any damages arising from the use or misuse of templates or services, including indirect or consequential losses.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Design Collective and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate your access to The Design Collective at any time for violations of these terms. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan. We encourage resolving any issues with us directly first.
13. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
